Job Description
AFL is seeking a Recruiter to provide full life-cycle recruitment for manufacturing opportunities. The successful candidate will analyze applications, conduct interviews, and work with local schools and staffing providers to source candidates. They will also partner with hiring managers to fill open positions and develop new recruiting strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or some other field preferred or an Associate's Degree and commensurate experienced required.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Recruiting Preferred
  • 1-3 years of manufacturing experience in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain or Human Resources Required
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong Interviewing, Evaluating and Assessment skills
  • Experience with ATS and HRIS systems (Ultipro preferred)
