Role OverviewAs a Recruiter at United Ground Express, you will work with Talent Acquisition leadership and hiring managers to source top talent, screen candidates, conduct interviews, manage the selection process, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
What You Will Do
Source qualified candidates through various channels, leverage data analysis, and maintain data integrity when building and posting requisitions, managing candidate status, and recordkeeping.

Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma
- Minimum 1 year recruiting experience
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques including social media, job boards, and networking events
- Excellent written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and stakeholder requests while simultaneously managing multiple active requisitions
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Success in meeting metrics driven goals
