Job Description
Hadrian is building autonomous factories that help aerospace and defense companies manufacture rockets, satellites, jets, and ships up to 10x faster and up to 2x cheaper. As a Recruiter, Business, you’ll play a critical role in scaling the teams that drive and support Hadrian’s growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience hiring for GTM and/or G&A roles
  • Comfortable recruiting across a wide range of business functions and seniority levels
  • Strong communicator who builds trust with candidates and senior stakeholders
  • Highly organized, data-informed, and proactive in managing competing priorities
