Requirements
- 2+ years of high-volume or hourly recruiting
- Proven track record of filling roles quickly
- Strong interviewing skills
- Good instincts for spotting candidates who won't show up
- Comfort working independently and remotely with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with an ATS (Manatal a plus)
- Knowledge of the New Hampshire labor market a plus
