Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Specialist / Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in healthcare or pediatric therapy recruiting who can effectively attract, hire, and support top talent.

Requirements

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles (e.g., therapists, Special Ed Teachers, administrative staff)
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates in the healthcare/pediatric therapy field
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes with hiring managers
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare hiring regulations and credentialing requirements
  • Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
  • Assist with HR functions such as employee relations, payroll processing, performance management, and policy implementation
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Partner with leadership to understand staffing needs and workforce planning
