Requirements

  • 4 Year Degree in human resources, business, or other related discipline
  • 2-4 years' prior experience in full cycle recruiting, high-volume experience preferred
  • Microsoft Office Suite, email, multi-line phone usage, recruitment software
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple recruitment platforms and multiple candidates at one time
  • Strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer service
  • Prior experience recruiting in manufacturing environment preferred
  • Experience with applicant tracking system
