Job Description
CBEM is seeking a passionate Recruiter to join its HR team and help build a talented workforce across its multiple locations. The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (equivalent experience considered)
Minimum 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably full-cycle recruiting
Strong knowledge of HR regulations and employment law (HR Certification a plus)
Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred) and Google Workspace
Proficient with Greenhouse Onboarding (Preferred)
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a passion for building strong teams
