Job Description
We are looking for a driven and resourceful Recruiter to join our growing team in Irvine. In this role, you will own the end-to-end recruiting process for our sales organization, with a primary focus on identifying, engaging, and onboarding high-performing real estate agents (1099 independent contractors).

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • Experience recruiting commission-only or 1099 independent contractors in real estate, insurance, or similar sales environments
  • Experience with ATS platforms (Workable preferred)
  • Familiarity with Indeed Smart Sourcing or similar sourcing tools
  • Strong outbound sourcing and relationship-building skills
  • Organized, proactive, and strong with follow-through
