Requirements

• 2–4+ years of recruiting or staffing experience, preferably supporting geology, mining, exploration, or other field-based technical roles.
• Demonstrated experience sourcing and placing candidates for remote or Alaska-based projects.
• Strong understanding of geology and exploration job functions and terminology.
• Highly skilled in sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, and proactive outreach.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems (Bullhorn preferred).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active requisitions.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
• Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment with changing project needs.
