Recruiter

Requirements

• Partner with Nashville hiring managers to understand headcount needs
• Source diverse talent for roles including engineers, operations coordinators, electricians, welders, mechanics, and administrative staff
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including coordinating onsite interviews
• Identify recruitment challenges and propose actionable solutions to streamline processes
• Train hiring managers and team members on best practices for recruiting and interviewing candidates
• Organize and execute recruitment events, such as job fairs, facility tours, or virtual webinars
• Ensure compliance with EEO/OFCCP regulations, supporting annual reporting requirements and diversity initiatives
• Build relationships with local stakeholders, including the Nashville Chamber of Commerce
