Job Description
As a Recruiter at Ace Parking, you will provide support to operations and departments while upholding core values of accountability, communication, family, exceptional service, and profitability. The position involves performing full cycle recruitment, attending industry events, and promoting diversity in the recruitment process. You will also serve as a point of contact between team members, clients, and external partners, ensuring clear and professional communication.
Requirements
2 - 4 years experience as a Recruiter preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite
Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Flexibility to work with different departments and positions, based on organizational demands
Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
