Requirements

• Source and screen candidates to build a strong talent pipeline, ensuring new hire classes are consistently filled while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to fully understand role requirements and team expectations.
• Support and participate in recruiting events such as career fairs, on‐site hiring days, and other targeted initiatives.
• Meet and exceed hiring KPIs, including time‐to‐fill and funnel health metrics.
• Follow up with new hires to gather feedback and support a positive early employee experience.
• Attend networking and industry events to proactively identify and engage top talent.
• Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth and seamless transition from candidate to employee.
