Job Description
Sei Development Foundation is hiring a Recruiter with a deep passion for Web3 to support the company's hiring. This role will work with leaders across BD, Growth, Product and beyond in growing the Sei team in New York and globally.

Requirements

  • Experience recruiting within a web3 startup building teams globally
  • Deep understanding of the current Web 3 talent market, ideally hiring at either L1/L2s
  • Strong research and outreach skills, with the ability to quickly ramp up on new roles
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A history of building deep, trusted relationships with hiring managers in an early startup environment
  • Passion for the wide-ranging use cases and impact of crypto on the future of finance
  • Evidence of being relentless in professional challenges and accomplishments
  • Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Experience working independently in a hybrid and async environment
  • Comfortable using sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, X Jobs, Ashby)
