Job Description
SNI Companies is searching for a Recruiter to support our client in the Jacksonville, FL area. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of related experience and possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills. The Recruiter will develop creative strategies to source the highest quality candidates and ensure the highest level of customer service through the recruitment and onboarding process.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or Human Resources Support experience
  • Associates degree in related field preferred (high school diploma/GED required)
  • Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple openings and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruiting software
