Job Description
Arch is a Series B financial technology company that automates the management of private investments, improving access, understanding, and the human experience of investing across asset classes. As a Recruiter, you will support company-wide hiring efforts and help build the talent pipelines that fuel our growth.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced or dynamic environment.
  • Experience supporting some portion of technical hiring (e.g., engineering, data, or technical-adjacent roles).
  • Strong organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple searches at once.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trust with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong judgment in evaluating both skills and potential.
  • Comfortable working across a variety of functions and adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and energized by sourcing, outreach, and pipeline building.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering a consistent, positive candidate experience.
  • Enthusiasm for improving processes and helping build scalable recruiting systems.
