Role OverviewBaselayer is a high-growth startup looking for a Recruiter to help hire exceptional people. The Recruiter will own full-cycle talent acquisition across Engineering, Go-to-Market, and Operations, working directly with founders and hiring managers.
What You Will Do
Own full-cycle recruiting, partner with founders and hiring managers, build sourcing strategies, manage candidate experience, maintain and improve the ATS, develop and iterate on interview processes, contribute to employer brand efforts, and track recruiting metrics.

Requirements
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Demonstrated success hiring across Technical and/or GTM roles
- Strong sourcing skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or similar)
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
