Role OverviewThis position will be focused on sourcing and delivering top talent. Partners with hiring managers to identify, source, and recruit highly qualified candidates within specific departments. Builds networks through social media, job boards, employment agencies, professional associations, and employee referral programs.
What You Will Do
Assists with the company’s overall recruiting efforts, coordinates and conducts new hire on boarding, recruits for WWT’s core business areas, posts jobs online, screens, organizes, and tracks all applications and resumes, coordinates and conducts interviews with hiring managers.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, or related field
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Recruiting
- Considerable industry experience sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Experience engaging with hiring managers on a regular basis
- Experience in the core principles, practices and procedures related to recruiting and staffing
