The Recruiter promotes the Centralized Recruiting Process by providing guidance to Store Managers and sources candidates through various channels. They conduct interviews, manage background checks, and facilitate internal job fairs and career workshops.

The Recruiter will source candidates, conduct interviews, manage background checks, and facilitate internal job fairs and career workshops. They will also respond to hiring and recruiting inquiries and contribute to HR team goals.
