Recruiter

v4c.ai is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting and help us attract, evaluate, and hire strong talent across technical and business functions. This role is ideal for a proactive, organized professional who builds trusted relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Source qualified candidates, build and maintain talent pipelines, develop outreach strategies, present qualified candidates to hiring managers, and coordinate interviews.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a closely related field

• Strong sourcing and candidate outreach skills, including experience using LinkedIn and job boards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to build strong working relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines
• Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential candidate and employee information
