Recruiter

The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain qualified talent across the organization. This position partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure an efficient, professional, and compliant hiring process.

What You Will Do

Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates through online platforms, professional networks, employee referrals, and other creative sourcing methods. Manage the offer process, including reference checks, background screening, and offer letters.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The Recruiter will also strengthen relationships with external recruiting agencies, colleges/technical schools, and military transition offices to expand the company’s talent pipeline while minimizing external recruiting costs.

Requirements

• B.S. in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or related discipline.
• At least two years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within a multi-location or operational environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
