Recruiter

As a Recruiter on our Talent Acquisition team, you'll own full-cycle recruiting across a busy, fast-paced desk, sourcing talent, advising hiring managers, and matching great people to roles at every level of the organization.

What You Will Do

You'll manage each search end to end, sourcing and qualifying candidates while keeping every opening moving using recruitment technology, networking, and proactive outreach.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years' experience direct hire recruiting in a corporate or agency environment
• In-depth knowledge of screening and interviewing techniques for professional and managerial level candidates
• In-depth knowledge of sourcing, recruitment and selection techniques on a local and national level
• In-depth knowledge of behavioral interviewing skills and competency based selection
• In-depth knowledge of relevant governmental/regulatory requirements (EEO, ADA, etc.) and diversity and inclusion recruiting practices.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including oral and written communication skills
• Excellent technical skills including knowledge of recruitment technology, Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft Excel
• Ability to organize multiple activities which require close attention to detail
• Ability to interpret company policies, procedures and practices
• Ability to work independently to achieve goals
