Role OverviewThe Recruiter will develop long-term recruiting strategies, source candidates, and educate and recruit field personnel and professionals based on regional operational needs.
What You Will Do
Participate in general office administrative operations, monitor electronic recruitment sites, generate recruitment marketing material, facilitate application process, maintain customer service, and run reports.

Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Some college preferred
- Valid driver's license issued by the state in which they work and a satisfactory driving record
- Ability to use computerized systems
- Satisfactory verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Bi-lingual – English/Spanish a plus
