What You Will Do
Establish and execute recruiting plans for all open positions, screen applicants, utilize resources to source resumes, ensure timely completion of recruitment activities, and develop outreach presence for recruiting.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The successful candidate will have 2-4 years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in a manufacturing/distribution environment, and experience working with ATS & HRIS systems, sourcing through Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter, and bilingual in Spanish.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of high-volume recruiting experience

- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources or equivalent work experience
- Experience working with ATS & HRIS systems
- Experience sourcing through Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Bilingual in Spanish
