Role OverviewThe Recruiter supports the Human Resource department and programs by providing full-cycle recruiting, developing and implementing recruiting plans and strategies, and striving to bring in the best people to fill company needs.
What You Will Do
Prepare job announcements, screen applications, and screen prospective employees for hourly and salaried positions. Develop recruitment strategies to help develop proactive candidate pipelines. Post job openings and recruit candidates utilizing passive recruitment strategies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Minimum 1-3 years of previous agency recruitment experience
- Previous experience working in a high-volume recruitment environment (30+ job openings)
- Prior experience working in Retail is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and prior experience with TalentReef is strongly preferred.
