Role OverviewA Recruiter is responsible for putting people to work, helping them get ahead, and connecting their skills to clients. Drives all aspects of the full cycle recruitment process while providing an exceptional experience and service to our candidates, associates, and clients.
What You Will Do
Identify, assess, place, and manage and advance a diverse talent portfolio of associates and professionals. Develop relationships with hiring managers on existing accounts to secure future and expanded opportunities within the ManpowerGroup umbrella. Assist with driving sales activity in market. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Requires 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales. High school diploma or equivalent required. Role will require weekly client visits and onsite check-ins for high volume clients. Hosting job fairs/ recruitment events in the market.
