Recruiter

The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles across the organization. This position partners closely with hiring leaders, the Senior Recruiter, and HR leadership to attract top talent, execute the hiring process, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

What You Will Do

Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Collaborate with hiring leaders to understand role requirements and provide guidance on market trends, compensation, and candidate availability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
• Success in hiring for a variety of roles
• Knowledge of recruiting tools, ATS systems, and social media platforms
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Superior attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
