Recruiter

The Recruiter will focus on delivering exceptional recruitment results through proactive client management, strategic sourcing, and a superior candidate experience.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include developing a deep knowledge of the organization's lines of business, participating in the development and implementation of organizational recruitment strategies, driving the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, and guiding hiring managers through the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or comparable experience approved by HR Leadership
• Minimum of 3 years of HR/Recruitment experience (Preferred)
• Self-starter with superior work ethic and a defined sense of urgency
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume recruiting environment
• Ability to deliver results with little supervision and to effectively manage multiple projects and competing priorities
• Excellent presentation skills and competent in speaking publicly on a regular basis
• Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail
• Proficient knowledge in recruitment practices and techniques, and all applicable labor laws and regulations
• Proficiency in office systems (i.e., MS Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems and related report generation (Preferred)
• Prior experience employing and leveraging social media, career board, and other online resources to attract and interact with applicants (Preferred)
