Recruiter

Join a high-performing recruitment team supporting Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB), Asset Management and Wealth Management in the US. This role partners closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to deliver recruitment strategies for mid-to-senior level lateral hiring.

What You Will Do

Execute recruitment strategies aligned to business priorities and hiring goals, partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define effective hiring approaches, own end-to-end recruitment from intake through offer, and manage sourcing campaigns through LinkedIn, direct outreach and other platforms to engage passive talent.
