Role OverviewWe're looking for a Recruiter to own full cycle hiring across Engineering and Operations, including roles like AI Product Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Forward Deployed Product Lead, and Technical Implementation Program Manager.
What You Will Do
Partner with founders and hiring managers to build our Engineering and Operations teams, source and close top talent through creative outreach, referrals, and events, and tell the Bunkerhill story to candidates who have never considered healthcare.

Requirements
- 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience at a fast growing startup
- Strong comfort using AI tools to scale sourcing, outreach, and recruiting operations
- A track record of hiring technical talent in competitive markets
- An effective communicator who builds strong partnerships with hiring managers and candidates alike
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and a fast paced environment
