Job Description
Benepass is seeking a Recruiter to join their small but mighty Talent Acquisition team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process for a diverse range of openings, including key roles across Engineering, Product, Sales, Operations, and Finance. The ideal candidate will be a bold, high-agency individual who thrives in a dynamic startup environment and can drive significant growth across the organization.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of total full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Proven track record as a recruiting generalist
  • Innate sense of urgency and high agency
  • Strong proficiency in direct sourcing and Boolean logic
  • Exceptional skills in direct sourcing and pipeline management
  • Demonstrated experience in technical recruiting, specifically for Software Engineering roles
