Job Description
Meriplex is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our growing People team. This role will own full-cycle recruiting for technology roles while partnering closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to support Meriplex's continued acquisition and organic growth.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Solid understanding of technology roles, technical skills, and technical hiring markets.
  • Working knowledge of recruiting methods, best practices, and employment laws and regulations (federal, state, and local).
  • Experience using ATS, HRIS, and other recruiting or HR software platforms.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.
