Job Description
We're Palco, a national provider operating in over 17 states, and we're looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our team and help us attract exceptional talent. As a Recruiter, you'll manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and client-facing positions, building high-performing teams that drive our growth.

Requirements

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and align strategies with business goals.
  • Advise on offers, including salary ranges, incentives, and start dates.
  • Present recruiting strategies, progress, and key hiring metrics to executive leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and providing insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
  • Preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
  • Organize and lead large-scale hiring events to attract and engage top talent across multiple markets.
  • Ensure a positive, professional, and inclusive candidate experience.
  • Travel up to 25% to support recruitment efforts.
