Job Description

As a Recruiter, you will serve as a strategic recruiting partner for support-office roles and an escalation resource for store hard-to-fill positions. By leveraging sourcing strategies and technology, you will drive recruitment outcomes, enhance process efficiency, and deliver a high-quality experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Requirements

  • Full Cycle Recruiting experience of 2-4 years
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to partner tactfully and effectively with leaders and associates at all levels
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Professional presentation skills and comfort engaging with large groups
