Job Description
The Recruiter is responsible for partnering with a highly energetic and collaborative team to support the entire recruiting process, including sourcing talent, recruiting, and screening applicants for various positions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
Minimum of 2 years of recruiting, human resources, or similar experience in a highly regulated work environment
Prior work experience leading and organizing hiring events
Experience with military and diversity talent acquisition and talent attraction initiatives
Basic knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) requirements
Basic experience and proficiency with MS Word and Excel
Valid work authorization and ability to work in the U.S. without need for company sponsorship
