Role Overview

We are seeking a Recruiter to own recruiting end to end and grow into a Head of Talent within the next one to two years. You will be the connective tissue across all open roles, coordinating with external recruiting partners, sourcing and identifying strong candidates, and building a more systematic, repeatable approach to hiring.

What You Will Do

Coordinate recruiting processes, source and identify strong candidates, build candidate profiles, and partner closely with the founders to iterate on sourcing strategy.

Requirements

  • 1-4 years of experience in recruiting, talent, or a closely related function
  • Exposure to startups, venture capital, or quant-style talent environments
  • A genuine desire to specialize in talent and grow into a Head of Talent role over time
  • Highly organized, fast-moving, and comfortable owning coordination across many moving parts
