Job Description
The Recruiter manages the full recruitment cycle for a diverse range of positions, sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and onboarding top talent across various departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, online job boards, and other digital platforms
  • Understanding of human resources principles, recruitment best practices, and employment laws
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
