Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic School Recruiter and Staffing Coordinator to join our Recruitment and Staffing team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process while also serving as the primary liaison for school-based staffing operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proactive approach to talent acquisition and staffing coordination, capable of attracting top-tier professionals and managing active caseload placements.

What You Will Do

The Recruiter & Staffing Coordinator will develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies, collaborate with department heads and school program directors to forecast staffing needs, and build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for school-based clinical and paraprofessional roles. They will also serve as the primary point of contact for staffing all school-based cases, including BT/RBT and BCBA roles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment within the ABA and/or special education sector
  • Proficiency in using ATS systems
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and staffing assignments, prioritizing tasks effectively
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
