Hadrian is building autonomous factories to help aerospace and defense companies manufacture rockets, satellites, jets, and ships up to 10x faster and up to 2x cheaper. We're scaling our engineering and technical teams to accelerate this mission.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical or software roles
  • Comfortable hiring for complex, technical positions and partnering deeply with engineers and technical leaders
  • A strong communicator who builds trust with candidates and stakeholders
  • Data-driven, process-oriented, and always looking to improve how recruiting gets done
  • Thrive in fast-moving, high-growth environments where priorities evolve quickly
  • Passionate about candidate experience and building strong, high-performing teams
