What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include discovering and engaging talent, leveraging technology to enhance sourcing efficiency and candidate matching, and qualifying and organizing talent. You will also support the recruitment process, develop a strategic market focus, and build and manage a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals.
