Job Description
ABC Legal is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the recruiting process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and efficient hiring workflows. The role involves coordination, communication, and maintaining accurate hiring records within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a remote position in the US.
Requirements
Schedule interviews (phone, virtual, or on-site)
Communicate interview details to candidates
Maintain accurate records in ATS/recruitment databases
Draft and post job descriptions
Prepare offer letters and employment agreements
Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates
Ensure timely communication
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers
Assist with background checks and pre-employment screenings
Generate recruitment metrics and reports
