We are looking for a top-tier Recruiting Coordinator to own coordination across Giga, deliver a great candidate experience, and support process improvements. You will help build a recruiting function from the ground up and support the hiring process for a high-growth startup.
Requirements
2+ years of recruiting coordination experience
Deep experience with Ashby and can operate in it with confidence
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
Experience working in fast-paced or high-growth startup environments
Strong academic foundation from a rigorous university
