Job Description
We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who will be responsible for creating a white-glove experience for all our candidates. The Recruiting Coordinator will engage with candidates directly throughout the recruitment process; from scheduling interviews and extending offers to initiating background checks and onboarding initiatives.

Requirements

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact at all levels of the organization with diplomacy and professionalism
  • Requires strong organizational & time management skills
  • 0 2 years experience providing administrative, recruiting, or human resources support
  • Ability to work within Excel and Microsoft Teams
  • Ability to thrive in fast paced, dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
  • Highly motivated, able to take initiative and is a proactive problem solver
