Job Description
We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who will be responsible for creating a white-glove experience for all our candidates. The Recruiting Coordinator will engage with candidates directly throughout the recruitment process; from scheduling interviews and extending offers to initiating background checks and onboarding initiatives.
Requirements
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact at all levels of the organization with diplomacy and professionalism
Requires strong organizational & time management skills
0 2 years experience providing administrative, recruiting, or human resources support
Ability to work within Excel and Microsoft Teams
Ability to thrive in fast paced, dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
