Job Description
Etched is building the world's first AI inference system purpose-built for transformers. We're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to help scale our talent function. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a company poised to become the next NVIDIA.

Requirements

  • Interview Scheduling & Logistics: Schedule interviews (end-to-end) for various hiring needs. Manage logistics for onsite interviews.
  • Candidate Experience: Support a seamless and positive candidate experience. Manage clear, concise, and professional communication with candidates (written and verbal).
  • Operational Support: Partner with recruiters, sourcers, and hiring managers. Use tools like Ashby, G-Suite, Notion, Slack, etc.
