Role OverviewThe Recruiting Coordinator is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships. This role will provide candidates with their first impression of Amazon and will be highly organized, working effectively with internal and external clients and candidates.
What You Will Do
Scheduling interviews and phone screens, updating candidate records, providing follow-up correspondence to candidates, tracking recruiting activities, and coordinating post-interview debrief meetings.

- Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint
- Experience with Google Suite tools and products like Google Mail, Sheets, Docs, and Google Drive
- Experience scheduling in Greenhouse Recruiting
