We are looking for a Recruiting Lead to find, close, and build a team and systems to scale our mission of deploying cutting-edge robotics AI into factories and warehouses. The ideal candidate will have sharp recruiting instincts, a builder's mindset, and experience building or scaling a recruiting function.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Demonstrated experience building or scaling a recruiting function
  • Proven ability to close senior and hard-to-find candidates
  • Strong sourcing instincts
  • Experience partnering directly with senior leadership as a thought partner on talent strategy
