Recruiting Manager - Acute

Requirements

• Maintain operational excellence through achieving minimum performance standards
• Achieve individual performance goals, including gross profit goals and personal revenue budget
• Support Joint Commission standards and 100% compliance
• Recruit, coach, staff, develop, mentor, and engage field talent
• Evaluate and assess applicants for employment
• Manage and be accountable for individual p&l with ownership of how each p&l impacts the Division budget
• Responsible for job postings, email blasts, call blasts, and other recruitment functions
• Responsible for office success when Manager is absent
• Responsible for managing field talent across Company lines
• Retain flexible schedules to service field talent requests and/or handle issues
