Role OverviewLead and improve recruiting efforts as the company continues to grow. This is a hands-on role that requires building and developing a recruiting team, personally recruiting when needed, learning the business from the inside, and improving hiring infrastructure.
What You Will Do
Lead a small recruiting team, personally source and recruit candidates, improve sourcing strategies, job postings, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection, build recruiting metrics, reporting, goals, and accountability.

Requirements
- Experience leading, coaching, or developing recruiters
- Comfort being both a manager and an individual contributor
- Experience with high-volume recruiting and management-level searches
- Experience recruiting commissioned sales professionals strongly preferred
- Good judgment: knows when to act independently and when a quick leadership conversation is appropriate
- A builder who wants to improve processes, develop people, and grow with the company
