Job Description
Help shape the future of Romac as a Recruiting Manager, leading and shaping talent acquisition efforts to prepare the organization for growth and increasing complexity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience across a variety of roles and levels, with exposure to team leadership or influence-based leadership
  • Strong working knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, employment practices, and applicable employment laws
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across locations and functions
  • Strong organizational, judgment, and project management skills with a practical, results-driven approach
