Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to bring a positive, solutions-driven mindset with a team-first approach
  • Experience supporting recruiting or hiring processes in a corporate or professional environment
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and email to manage candidate communication and scheduling
  • Strong ability to drive progress, maintain momentum, and follow through to completion
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to anticipate challenges and adjust quickly as priorities shift
