Role OverviewAs Recruiting Operations Manager at Rillet, you will own and continuously improve the systems, workflows, and infrastructure that power recruiting. You will partner closely with recruiters to identify the biggest sources of friction, manual work, and unreliable data, and then prioritize what will have the most impact. You will build solutions yourself, from Ashby workflows and automations to Slack bots, AI-powered tools, integrations, and lightweight internal applications.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include owning recruiting processes after launch, driving adoption, measuring whether they work, and iterating when they don’t. You will also build simple, scalable documentation so systems and processes stay healthy as the recruiting team and company grow.
Why It Might Be a Fit
To succeed at Rillet, you need extreme speed, agency, and flexibility. You should be able to internalize the mission, design a strategy, and bring back results that are better, faster, and more creative than a manager could have asked for. You should be energized by delivering what matters most, even when it was not part of the original plan.
